Searching Jobs
Use the "search jobs" link to search our database of jobs. You do not need to have an account set up in order to search our database.

Applying for a Job
When viewing a job, you will see an "Apply" link on the left side of the page. Click on "Apply" and type or paste the relevant information into the online form provided. Your resume will be sent directly to the email address provided by the portfolio company and will be identified as coming through our website. Our candidate quality tends to be very high, and portfolio companies prefer that you use our online form rather than sending your resume directly to them so that they can easily identify the source.

Register as a User
Registering as a user will allow you to save a copy of your resume in the database that can be searched by portfolio companies, activate a search agent to receive new jobs by email when they are posted, and track the jobs to which you have applied and the date you applied to them.

To register, simply click on the "Register" link in the left column of the site. Fill in the information, and a temporary password will be sent to your email address in order to activate your account.

Forgot Your Password
If you forget your password, simply click on the "Login" link in the left column of the site, and click on the "Forgot My Password" link at the bottom of the login box. Enter your email address, and your password will be automatically emailed to you.

Adding Your Resume
Once you have logged in to your account, click the "Add" link in the Resume section of your account page. Add your information to the online form and submit. Make sure to uncheck the box at the top of the form if you do not wish to make your resume available to venture-backed companies who can search the resume database. You can edit or delete your resume from your main account page.

Search Agent
HireLoop allows you to activate a search agent which will automatically email new jobs to you as they are posted by our clients. This is a convenient way to receive jobs without having to come back to search the website on a regular basis. Simply click the "activate now" link in the search agent section of your account. Click the "deactivate" link in the same area whenever you wish to stop receiving these emails.

Portfolio Company Help
In order to post jobs on this site, at least one of your venture capital investors must have a relationship with us. Please email us at if you wish to post jobs or search resumes on this site.
