HireLoopNews is a hosted application that allows a VC and/or portfolio companies to add, edit and delete press releases and news items on a venture capital firm's public website. Features include:

Customized Look and Feel - News site matches the look and feel of the venture capital firm's public web site. Using HireLoopNews will be transparent to the user.

Real-Time Posting and Management - Allows portfolio companies to add, edit and delete news postings on the venture capital firm web site in real time. No HTML programming or technical expertise is required.

Online Approval and Control - Venture capital firms will have the ability to approve or delete postings with the click of their mouse, giving them control over what news items ultimately are posted to their public site.

News Aggregation - Hundreds of portfolio company news items can be aggregated in one convenient location, making it easy for users to keep track of important information in one place.

Access Control - Venture capital administrators can determine which portfolio companies can or can't access the posting site. While part of the power of HireLoopNews is its collaboration feature that allows portfolio companies to update their own press information, the system can also be set up so that only an administrator at the venture capital firm has the ability to post press items. This allows complete control over posting without requiring HTML programming.

Distribution Lists - HireLoopNews will soon have the ability to automatically distribute news items directly via email to a list of users (limited partners, partners, etc.) maintained by the venture capital firm. Users can be updated without remembering to visit the website on a regular basis.
