We are pleased to announce that Sun Microsystems (Nasdaq: SUNW) is acquiring
CenterRun
in a cash transaction valued at an estimated $66 million. CenterRun's product automates the configuration and deployment of web applications in enterprise data centers from a central console. The acquisition will bolster Sun’s N1 platform for managing data center infrastructure.
